On the first floor, just up the sweeping marble and oak-clad staircase we have our Lecture Hall with capacity for 130 people for events such as receptions, conferences, press briefings and launches. Sit down meals for up to 90 people

Next to the Lecture Hall is the Council Chamber where 90 people can sit for an audio visual conference or meeting. Alternatively use this room as your catering/ breakout/ exhibition space in conjunction with the Lecture Hall

A unique location within the RICS is the President's Suite with its very own roof terrace and millenium sculpture. Overlooking Parliament Square, Big Ben and the London Eye, it is ideal for prestigious meetings, sit down meals(18 seated) and stand up Receptions or barbeques for numbers up to 40 people.
