RICS Headquarters at 12 Great George Street is based in the heart of Westminster, just off Parliament Square and is designed by Alfred Waterhouse (who also designed the Natural History and Science Museums in London)

2008
Improvements to 12 Great George Street have necessitated the Lecture Hall, Council Chamber & Members club rooms being unavailable for event useage at this time

Usually on the first floor, just up the sweeping marble and oak-clad staircase we have our Lecture Hall with capacity for 130 people for events such as receptions, conferences, press briefings and launches. Sit down meals for up to 80 people - using the Members club room, overlooking the Treasury, for all related catering

Usually next to the Lecture Hall is the Council Chamber where 80 people can sit for an audio visual conference or meeting, again using the Members club room for catering.

A unique location within the RICS is the President's Suite with its very own roof terrace and millenium sculpture. Overlooking Parliament Square, Big Ben and the London Eye, it is ideal for prestigious meetings, sit down meals and barbeques for numbers up to 40 people.
Please enquire for availability during 2008: venues@rics.org

The RICS restaurant, Twelve, on the lower ground floor, has been transformed into a stylish, modern and informal environment where members and non members can entertain clients, or lunch with colleagues. The menu, carefully put together by the caterers, Directors Table, captures the essence of food - sausage and mash rubs shoulders with smoked salmon and dill linguini. The no-nonsense, hearty food is combined with an energetic and friendly service to make it a memorable experience. For restaurant reservations please call 020 7695 1630

We also have three rooms available in the RICS Coventry location. Surveyor Court is  a modern, purpose built complex with conference facilities. Located in the heart of the UK with easy access to the main motorway and airport networks
