RICS Headquarters at 12 Great George Street stands in the heart of Westminster just off Parliament Square. The building was designed by Alfred Waterhouse - who also designed the Natural History and Science Museums in London.
Following a major refurbishment, we are pleased to offer brand new rooms in the building.
A unique location within the RICS is the President's Suite with its very own roof terrace and millennium sculpture. Overlooking Parliament Square, Big Ben and the London Eye, it is ideal for prestigious meetings, sit down meals and stand up Receptions or barbeques.
On the first floor, just up the sweeping marble and oak-clad staircase the Lecture Hall offers a traditional and elegant atmosphere with wooden panels and impressive paintings for events such as receptions, conferences, press briefings and launches.
Next to the Lecture Hall, the Council Chamber overlooks the new British Supreme Court and has state of the art audio visual equipment. Alternatively this room can be used as the catering – breakout space in conjunction with the Lecture Hall.
Newly created on the ground floor are four spacious rooms with natural daylight. Perfect for individual hire or as a suite of rooms for breakout / training or launch presentation purposes.
The Brussels Room is the largest room on the ground floor. Boasting an impressive boardroom table, it is the ideal set up for important meetings. It also includes a break out area for guests to enjoy refreshments.
The Hong Kong Room has an adjoining door with the Brussels room. It is ideal for meetings or as a syndicate room.
The Dubai Room provides a subtle atmosphere for business meetings. It also has an adjoining door with the Hong Kong room.
Similar to the Hong Kong room, the New York Room provides the same facilities with an additional colourful touch.
